Delete your Elsewhen account

Delete the Firebase account Elsewhen created for sign-in and erase the app's local data from your Android phone.

Delete in Elsewhen

  1. Open Elsewhen on the Android phone where it is installed.
  2. Open Settings, choose Privacy, then tap Delete Elsewhen account.
  3. Read the deletion summary and confirm the same Google account currently connected to Elsewhen.
  4. Tap Delete account and local data. Elsewhen confirms deletion only after Firebase accepts it.

Never send an ElevenLabs API key, Inject identifier, Google password, or Google access token with a deletion request.

Delete some data without deleting the account

To keep the Firebase account but remove connected-service credentials from this phone, open Settings → Privacy in Elsewhen and tap Clear all credentials. Elsewhen removes the encrypted ElevenLabs key and Inject identifier, signs out of Firebase on the phone, and attempts to revoke Google authorization. Your routines and performance history stay on the phone.

You can delete generated recordings and events directly in Google Drive and Google Calendar without deleting the Elsewhen account. Clearly marked connection-test items can also be removed with Elsewhen's test cleanup controls.

What deletion removes

Elsewhen deletes the Firebase Authentication account used for the app, including any professional-integration entitlement attached to that account. It also erases encrypted ElevenLabs and Inject credentials, routines, Quick Pick lists, history, local audio, and the imported backdrop stored by Elsewhen on that phone.

Elsewhen's purchase-verification function does not store your routines, performance history, Google Drive or Calendar data, ElevenLabs key, Inject identifier, or Google Play purchase token. Deleting the Elsewhen account does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase; purchase history remains with Google under its policies.

Existing Google Drive and Calendar items

Files and events already created in your own Google account remain there after the Elsewhen account is deleted. You can remove them directly in Google Drive and Google Calendar. You can also revoke Elsewhen from your Google Account security settings.

Cannot complete deletion?

If the app reports that deletion did not finish, no local data is erased. Check the internet connection, choose the Google account already connected to Elsewhen, and try again.

If you cannot access the app, email joestraightmagic@gmail.com to request deletion. Include only the Google email used for Elsewhen and do not include credentials or performance content.
