1. Acceptance
By installing or using Elsewhen, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Elsewhen is an Android workflow tool. It can read a configured Inject selection, request voice generation through ElevenLabs, upload generated audio to Google Drive, and create a related Google Calendar event. Features may evolve as the app is developed.
3. Connected accounts and third-party services
You are responsible for the Google, ElevenLabs, and Inject accounts or identifiers you connect. Your use of each third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, limits, and charges. Elsewhen is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
ElevenLabs audio generation uses your ElevenLabs quota or credits. Voice availability, cloning features, commercial rights, and attribution requirements depend on the ElevenLabs plan and voice you select. Elsewhen performs a short audio check during setup, but you remain responsible for reviewing generated content and following ElevenLabs’ current terms.
4. Your responsibility
- Use Elsewhen only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
- Review generated notes and Calendar events for accuracy before relying on them.
- Protect your device and credentials.
- Do not use Elsewhen for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
5. Availability and changes
Elsewhen depends on network access and third-party APIs. Features may be delayed, unavailable, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued without notice. We may update or stop distributing the app at any time.
6. Disclaimers and limitation
Elsewhen is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
Elsewhen is not designed for emergencies, medical decisions, legal deadlines, safety-critical operations, or any situation where a delayed or incorrect note or Calendar event could cause harm. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or connected services.
